BOSS (Business Operations Software System) is a fully integrated, multi-user, multi-tasking financial management and operations analysis system. It runs on both client-server and browser-based (web) technology, all of which work seamlessly on a network allowing cross-platform implementation (Windows 98–XP and Macintosh 9.2.2 or later) using either a Windows or Macintosh server.

Its unlimited classification system for customers and prospects allows tracking of user-defined special groups for strategic planning purposes.
